Daily Update

Nutrition
Okay, it's my birthday. Not gonna lie, I didn't make the healthiest choices in the world today. But you know what? It's my birthday, and I'll eat what I want to (within reason, haha.) I tried to get as many fruits/veggies in as I could. And I'm going to eat some more fruit before bed, I think. Because I just exercised a bit ago and need to get some stuff back into my system. It's what's best. Too much pasta today, though. Gonna cut back. (...After I finish my leftovers from Olive Garden. But at least I left some of my meal. That means I'm learning to stop eating when I'm content!)

Exercise
I was feeling really lousy until I did my cardio at 9ish tonight. Really lousy. Now, I'm feeling much better, because I truly pushed it hard. I did approximately 370 calories and 30 minutes on DDR. Hard-core, baby.

Mood
It's been a roller coaster today. I had a horrendous morning when my birthday didn't start out as I expected it would. But, it got much better once I got through a little meltdown. Jordan helped me a lot with that. He's so patient and understanding with me when I get emotional. Then, my mom and step-dad came over, and I had a great time celebrating with them!
Also, my mood has improved greatly since I exercised, like I said.
