Daily Update

Nutrition
Today was all right, I suppose. I did make a conscious effort to stay away from really bad foods and cravings. We went to a restaurant, and I thought to myself, "Is a piece of cheesecake worth losing so much progress?" No. I did go a little crazy on appetizers. (Who can resist onion rings, artichoke dip, and chicken quesadillas? AHH.) But I ordered a taco salad and didn't eat too much of it. Ate a tiny bit of pasta for dinner and a jello cup with fruit in it. Might have 100-calorie popcorn tonight as a snack.

Exercise
Still did my cardio and strength training! Approximately 330 calories burned on DDR and my stability ball workout. I took it easy on the stability ball, because I am very sore today. (My abs were cramping all night, so I had a dream I was pregnant and in labor, haha.) It was fun, because Jordan worked on it with me.

Mood
Work was frustrating this morning, but I'm in a fairly wonderful mood. Jordan got a call from work and got to stay home with me today! We went out for lunch with his family, which is always fun, and did a little walking around the mall. So...today hasn't been bad. :)
I'm still pretty motivated, mostly because I know I'm losing a lot of water weight right now. I hope I don't come to a plateau too soon. Impending anxieties over how I'm going to maintain this weight loss program during school, but I'll manage. It'll be nicer to have weekends as an option.
