Nutrition
Again, an all right day. I went out for lunch, and there was a buffet. I hate buffets, because I love them. Although, I tried to take it easy on the calorie-packed things and ate more of the healthier things. So I was proud of that. I probably could have cut back on some of the things I ate. I need to remember to eat until I'm content, not full. I also worked at the ice cream shop today, and I made sure to keep my ice cream intake really low. I only had a doggie-dish full of chocolate ice cream with a few oreo sprinkles and a couple of gummi worms. Pretty good! Mostly since it was bite-size.
Exercise
No full on cardio/strength today. However, I'm participating in the Relay for Life, so I'll be doing a bit of walking. Enough to get a few calories burned, which is good. I still have tomorrow to finish my third day of hard-core cardio for the week.
EDIT: I actually did my cardio! Approximately 330 calories burned! Huzzah. I am not feeling that great now, though. Time for a rest. And then we're going back to Relay for Life for a bit. Hopefully I start feeling better.
Mood
Okay, I guess. Still motivated, but a little perturbed about other things in life. I'm really feeling great about SparkPeople.com. It's a great motivator. I'm really frustrated with Relay for Life situations right now. And with certain family members. Boo. Hopefully I'll feel better and less tense when this is all over.
EDIT: I'm feeling much better about the Relay for Life situations. It's been a great experience.
