Nutrition
I've done fairly well. I haven't eaten when I'm not hungry, and I've been eating good foods for the most part. Of course, I had to have my mini dirt/worm surprise. But I have been making up in other ways. For example, I had a hot dog with lunch, but I sacrificed the bun. My hot dog was just as good without it, if not better.
Exercise
This is probably going to be a day of rest. I'm really sore (in my lower back, especially), so it might be time to give myself a break. However, I'm going stir-crazy. As annoying as that sounds, it makes me feel good about myself. It means I still have that spark in me! I might get some DDR in tonight to make myself feel better. I just think I need a little recovering time after feeling so ishy last night/today.
EDIT: I DID IT! I did my cardio, and I made it to 360 calories burned on DDR. I'm SO proud, you have no idea. And I am feeling pretty good still after doing it. No chest pain today. Just a sore throat, but I can definitely deal with that. :)
Mood
Okay, I guess. Like I said, I'm sore and stir-crazy. I keep wanting to do stuff, but I can't seem to get my back to agree with me. I'm lonely right now, because Jordan is working. I hope I find something to do to occupy myself. I know I tend to be a bit of an emotional eater, and I have to occupy my mind in healthier ways.
