Daily Update

Nutrition
Pretty fantastic so far! I'm still at correct caloric intake for the day. And I'm feeling good. Hunger pangs still present at times, but I'm stronger than them right now. If I need something, I can always snack on carrots and low-fat ranch, right? I think I'll have a little after this entry.
EDIT: Stayed in my nutritional healthy zone for the day! Woot.

Exercise
My body is feeling better today. Despite some random severe hamstring pang (which I've had before...I tore my hamstring about 5 years ago), I got my DDR done for the day, and I definitely pushed it. Monitored my target heart rate a couple of times, and I was in the zone!
Did my strength training as well. I'm upping it by 5 reps for each exercise, which is awesome!
I also think I might even do some more DDR later. :)
EDIT: MORE DDR! Yay. I did it a little easy going, but I was still in my target heart rate for a good portion of the time. About 305 more calories burned! Huzzah. Good exercise day.

Mood
Getting anxious to move! Also getting frustrated still at work, but trying to take it with a grain of salt. I feel so much more accomplished now that I'm actually working toward this goal. And it's a great feeling. I don't want to feel like that lazy lump of lard on the couch anymore! I'd rather be filling my days with positive things that progress me in life. Yes, I still want to sit on the couch and read for hours sometimes, but I'd also like to get off my butt and sweat sometimes!
