Good day thusfar! Still at the exact right caloric intake for now.
I did something awesome today. Okay, so here's the little back story. At the childcare center where I work, we sometimes take the toddlers out in buggies to go on walks. Often, we stop at Hy-Vee, where the bakery workers always give us free M&M cookies for the kids. And usually, there are a few leftover, which the lead teacher tauntingly gives to me to take home. Ugh. Fat city.
Today, apparently there were like 5 extra ones. BAD. And Gretchen said, "You have a lot of cookies to take home!"
Get this.
Here it comes.

I said.....
"NOPE."
HAHAHA! I win.
Exercise
Well, like I said above, I went on a 30 minute walk with the toddlers. A few calories burned. And I did my cardio for the day already. Woot. Now, I just have to do my strength training, and life'll be dandy.
Mood
Pretty good. A certain work situation has now been...resolved to say the least. That'll hopefully take a lot of stress off of my shoulders.
And, guess what? I did an informal check-in on my weight last night. 181 lbs.
Just to check it this morning, I did it again. 181 lbs. That means I hopefully have already lost my 2 lbs for the week, and it's only been 4 days! I really hope I can maintain it at the very least. And maybe even drop another pound? I don't know. I won't get my hopes up too high. I've got a certain gift from mother nature that should be arriving in the next couple of weeks. And that ALWAYS causes me to puff up like a balloon. Not to mention, I get crabby. I'll have to find some low-fat/calorie chocolatey snacks to stock up and take shelter with. :)
