Daily Update

Nutrition
Well, I'm not so sure. I meticulously tracked my calories, as per usual. However, it seems that I'm under? I don't really know how that works, because I didn't eat the healthiest foods in the world. Need to work on more fruits and veggies tomorrow. But...it was a birthday celebration kind of day, so...I tried really hard. And I still didn't go too far off track. Meh.

Exercise
Forty minutes of DDR at approximately 370 calories. I was pushing it harder than usual, due to wanting some stress relief.

Mood
Not great tonight. I've been extremely down due to overwhelming financial situations. College loans are a big bummer.
I'm trying to stay positive and not let it affect my weight journey. If anything, it makes me more determined. If I'm going to be poor, I don't want to be poor and fat. I'll be poor and healthy, goddamnit!
Here's to hoping for a better tomorrow.
