I decided I need to make some little motivators for myself. All this hard work needs to be rewarded in order to keep me proud and motivated, right? So...here are some ideas. I might edit this a little later, but here's what I'm tentatively thinking.
Start: 187
170 lbs=New book!
*Extra Reward=If I am down to 167 by the Hanson concert, as per my goal, I get to pick out a new outfit!
160 lbs=Some sort of exercise toy (pedometer? heart rate monitor? dvd?)
150 lbs=New book! (Can you tell books are huge motivation for me?)
140 lbs=Massage
130 lbs=Mini-Shopping Spree!
Well, I have yet to get more ideas than that. As you can see, I'm trying to not see too far into the future. Just focusing on the present and getting things done.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not doing this to gain material objects. I'm doing this for the ultimate goal of being healthier, happier, and more complete. However, why not have a little fun along the way, right?
