Good day so far! Although, I probably should have eaten a little more breakfast. But...as usual on a Monday morning, I was running late. Oh well.
I'm a little concerned for tonight. I'm going to a team meeting for my childcare job, and I overheard there may be pizza? I don't know, I could have totally heard wrong. Let's hope so, because I'll quite possibly be in trouble. ;) Nah, I'm working on my willpower!
Exercise
Again, good day! About 360 calories burned on DDR and I pushed it hard! I was proud of myself for increasing the intensity, and I know it'll pay off.
Did my strength training on the stability ball for the first time since Thursday, and I noticed improvements, even just from my first week! Feels pretty good.
Mood
Well, it's been iffy. This morning was a rough one because of job issues. And I was very discouraged. I was hoping to lose more weight by my check-in this morning. However, I held steady at 183. Alas, it's not gain! I'm sure there is some muscle being added that is contributing to it. Just keep pushing!
This afternoon, I'm feeling a little better. I got a new vacuum, and even though that shouldn't be so exciting, it is! You'd understand if you had a small crappy vacuum like ours was before. Whew! And it's a heavier one, so it'll be more of a workout to use it. :)
