Picture Post #4

Like I said yesterday, I have a picture post to accompany yesterday's I MADE IT!
I made the mini-cheesecakes last night, so I thought I'd document the process, just for fun.
First, I started out with placing the Nilla Wafers in muffin tins.

There's a picture of the mixed cream cheeses, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.

Next, I poured the batter into the muffin cups. If you notice they're not in a muffin tin, it's because the muffin cups I bought are apparently ones that don't require being in a muffin tin? I don't know. I just follow directions, hehe.
Here's a cameo appearance from my cat, who got very close to sticking his head in the oven. That's how smart my kitteh is.
Anyway, next the cheesecakes had to go in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

And next comes the refrigeration process. After letting them cool out of the oven, I placed them in the refrigerator. They're recommended to be there for 2 hours to overnight!

And that's it! Top with fresh fruit or sugar-free toppings. If you want to make them, please see my last entry with the actual recipe and review.

And as a bonus picture, I decided to include one of Romeo. (One where he isn't sticking his head into an extremely hot oven.
Instead, he's sticking his head in my water glass. He LOVES a good glass of ice water. We could all take a lesson from him.

Have a great Labor Day, all!
