(Un)fortunate

Things that are unfortunate:
-Halloween candy goes on sale by at least 50% off the day after Halloween.
-Boyfriends buy said Halloween candy.
-The girlfriend being left to pine on the couch hoping she can sneak mini-candy bars into her calorie count for the day.
-It is especially unfortunate when Take 5's, the most delicious candy bar in the entire world, are present in the bag o'goodies. Pretzels, caramel, and chocolate? Sign me up.
-Going out to dinner twice in one weekend. (The up side is getting to go with family and awesome friends.)
-Having your time of the month is unfortunate. Period. (No pun intended.)
-Women's metabolisms.

Things that are fortunate:
-Although Take 5's are horrible, they are a good morale booster. In moderation, of course.
-Low calorie chicken pizza at the Green Mill.
-Only eating part of said pizza and saving the rest for breakfast the next morning.
-Veggie cups.
-On the non-weight loss side, having Cher on Ellen DeGeneres is filled with win.
